If we hire the right new Coach hopefully a young Juco or successful D-2 , they could be Coach of the Year in Summit with Conference Championship with the returning talent.

Agree we have decent guard talent on board but woefully lacking in the big man department.
Embrace the pace of the race.

Agree we have decent guard talent on board but woefully lacking in the big man department. That said, I would play both Arrington and Claar at the same time to protect the paint and pull in some rebounds now and then. Last nights game was a statistical replay of most this year. Add up our points in the paint PLUS fast break points deficit and you come up with the margin of defeat.
Embrace the pace of the race.

We need to keep developing our players and run a better offense. I run that same offense at the 6th-8th grade. To much standing around we have 3 point shooters how about plays for them.

if billy goes we’re not going to make the same mistake of hiring someone all ready on the staff it hasn’t worked with Billy and hasn’t appeared to work out with coach Elliott.

I agree with you. We just dont seem to get good open looks from beyond the arc like we did with Ceola, Houpt, Miklusak, Covington under the Mo offense. OUr guards are much too often forced to drive and throw up a floater or hit a tough fadeaway. FYI, all of those guys went on to play ball at the next level because they could nail the 3s given an open look. I will add that it is sometimes the guards fault for not rubbing off his defender onto an existing pick set for him. Saw more than one "Air Screen" last night.
Embrace the pace of the race.
