Former D-Line/D Run Game Coach John Haneline has gotten a job as the LB coach at Youngstown State:

A few weeks ago we were having a conversation about special teams and coaching moves that need to be made. Leatherneck57 mentioned he was having lunch with the staff and would know more after that. He said there was a plan waiting to be approved, I was wondering/hoping that they have finalized the plans for wr/special teams with a young agressive coach or coaches. Looking forward to any news on the staff, Spring ball is only days away.

For anyone curious about the guys on our previous staff, looks like Rocco landed at Southwest Minnesota State as well (Doug Patterson ended up there earlier):

What I do know is they moved Coach Grant from FB/TE coach to WR coach. He was a WR at U of I. The search is on for the FB/TE/Special Teams coach. A decision coming soon.

Well that's disappointing. Guess Coach Hen is going to be looking for a couple more defensive coaches.

definitely disappointing they are losing coaches already, in a way can't really blame Wilson. I do have to give props to Coach Curry, his Twitter game is pretty strong.

Yes it’s unfortunate but that’s coaching. A lot of moves. Nothing is ever a guarantee. There’s a lot of good coaches out there that will make good DC’s.

Coach Feeney is going to the Raiders and yes Coach Wilson to Auburn. Coach Wilson was listed as one of the top 50 assistants moving up in the ranks. They helped us land some good recruits out of Georgia.

Coach Hendrickson already ready has some really good candidates he’s interviewing. It will all work itself out.
