I had some high hopes for Jabari when he came to the program. Man, has that been a let down.
Fancy seats look good on tv.

Stonehenge, Egyptian pyramids. Add this team to the unsolved mysteries of the world.
Embrace the pace of the race.
No excuses for this team because they are bad, but I heard after the game from people standing around talking that Garrett has the flu now who lives with Mike that had the flu earlier this week and Brandon has some respiratory issues. Maybe Brandon needs to keep the issues because he played with a bit of spunk there in the second half. I was glad to see him not let go of the ball when he was fighting with the boy from Eastern. Mike also left the gym with a soft cast on his wrist.

Gilbeck scrum is the only highlight I can come up with.

Eastern Illinois wins the game 63-49.
Mike Miklusak led the Western scoring with 18 points. Garrett Covington had 12. C.J. Duff had 10.
Western shot 18 for 59 (30.5%).
Attendance at Western Hall = 1,022. That is one of the smallest crowds that I can recall for a Western vs Eastern game. I can remember when the crowd would be lined-up outside the building waiting to get in for this game.
