Stop Wilson by defending the wing? Does the author know what a wing is?wiu712 wrote: Sat Feb 01, 2020 8:40 am Men’s hoops kick off second half of schedule against SDSU Jackrabbits.

Wilson is 0-5 this season in 3pt FG attempts. He is shooting .615 for the season in all FG attempts.
I assume most of those attempts are in the paint.
Embrace the pace of the race.
Douglas Wilson is 64.5% from the free throw line. That is normally as far out as he shoots. He has the most free throw this year on the team. Offensive rebounds and scoring 6 foot hook shots and dunks will be the norm for shot selection. He has some games where he gets early fouls which is the most effective defense against Wilson.sealhall74 wrote: Sat Feb 01, 2020 9:36 amStop Wilson by defending the wing? BTW, WIU's Mr. Basketball, the greatest ever IMHO, Joe Dykstra has something in common with Doug Wilson. Who knows what it is?OldHare wrote: Sat Feb 01, 2020 9:44 amDouglas Wilson is 64.5% from the free throw line. That is normally as far out as he shoots. Credit the guys for picking up the intensity in the 2nd half. The 64K question is can you play that kind of scrappy defense for 40 minutes.
