In the only non-saturday game, UND played FBS Utah State late Friday night (after weather delay)
The first quarter was all North Dakota, putting up 21 points to Utah State's 7.
The Aggies would come storming back in the second quarter, pulling within 1 by halftime, down 21-20.
In the 3rd quarter, UND put up a FG to make their lead 4, but it was all Utah State after that, with 4 TDs in the 3rd and 4th quarters to win the game 48-24.

FBS upset news, Duquesne (NEC) took down Ohio (MAC), 28-26
And in “scratching my head” news, Holy Cross fell to Merrimack, 35-21. Holy Cross took down UConn by 10 points last weekend, and Merrimack is a D2 in the process of moving up to FCS (I think NEC).
Also for reference, the NEC as a conference does not do the full number of scholarships allowed in FCS.

A surprise to nobody, NDSU rolled over Valparaiso (who lost to a NAIA team last weekend), 64-0.
Our next weekend's opponent, Eastern Washington, defeated DII Central Washington, 56-7.
