I think it is time to move on from Coach Goler.

2021: 16-29 | 6-14 in Summit League | Did not qualify for SL tournament | Last in the conference 

2022: 8-37 | 4-17 in Summit League | Did not qualify for SL tournament | Last in the conference 

2023: 9-36 | 3-15 in Summit League | Did not qualify for SL tournament | Last in the conference 

Overall: 33-102 | 13-46 in Summit League

My guess would be she gets one more year to see if we can compete in the OVC then we move on if not I won’t pretend to know if the OVC is better in softball my guess would be that it’s better in softball and baseball just because of the weather but that’s a total guess.

Massey has the OVC and Summit neck and neck in his baseball rating.  Interesting that half the teams in OVC are plus .500 while only ORU is plus .500 in Summit.  Looking at the shedules of teams, it appears that the Summit League teams play a little more competitive schedule.
Summit is a few rungs higher in his softball rating.

But my guess would also be she gets another year or the move would aleady be announced.  Or maybe Paul was busy on some other more important announcement.  lol

I can see that, give her another year and see how she does in the new conference.

Does anyone know what contract are like for softball and baseball are they just one year contracts or are they multiple years

I am on the opposite side. With a new conference, I think its time to get a new coach. A true fresh start
