Massey says a 69% chance of a WIU victory, with a predicted score of 71-66: https://masseyratings.com/game.php?gid=939093120
Lindenwood is currently 8-14 overall, 5-14 against DI opponents, and 2-7 in the OVC. The first game between WIU and Lindenwood was a 68-57 win for the Leathernecks in Macomb on January 6th.

You hate to look too far ahead but if we win the ones Massey likes us to win and every other team does the same, we are a lock for the #2 tournament seed position.  Schedule is very favorable with the final 4 games at home.

I dont have a prediction available from my neural network quite yet because the NCAA does not put out ranking stats for them until after the transition to D1  is complete.  But I do have this little interesting tidbit:  Taylor Swift's grandmother graduated from Lindenwood.

Hope to have the OVC conference stats integrated next week as an alternative stats source, so at that point, I will be able to include Lindenwood and Southern Indiana in the neural net predictions.

If we're going to be a top tier team in this conference, we really need solid road wins tonight, and Saturday at SEMO, which are arguable the two worst teams in the conference. Would love to see games where we are in command, especially dominating the glass, for most if not all of the game. We did it earlier in the season on the road at Central Arkansas, which has lower KenPom and BPI rankings then SEMO and Lindenwood. GO NECKS!

Both teams shooting well but most of ours are from deep.  We need to stiffen the defense in the paint.

Holy Toledo Batman! Making 69% from the field, including 8-10 from 3 point range. Also out rebounding them 14-5 at the half. And yet...only up 10.

It's nice to celebrate the good things, but coach needs to work daily on cleaning up our free-throw it has been a major issue all season. It is not as noticeable when you win, but it will be huge issue if we can't greatly raise that percentage before end of regular season.

Well, not pretty but a win on the road is always good.  I think Morehead St is head and heels above the rest of the teams which can knock off each other any given night.
