Day of Giving
I don't know if anyone paid attention to the Day of Giving this past Tuesday or gave, anyway they had a challenge where the athletic team that raised the most money received $5000. The team which had the most donors received $5000 and the team with the most new donors received $5000. The football team got the $5000 for the most dollars donated. I thought it was interesting that the cross country/track teams had the most new donors and total donors, so their program received $10000. So I'm assuming their new coach must have put together a campaign to get people to donate, which good for him and the team.
