Loved what McGuire brought yesterday. I have never understood the fascination with Norvell. He stares at receivers, he does not distribute the ball to enough people, he does not run well and continues to make sketchy decisions after 3 years. I really liked the way McGuire was on the sidelines, encouraging the line, TE's and others. He throws a very nice ball. Couple of poor decisions into coverage but in a first start he was very good. Just a few runs but enough to keep defense off balance. If the coaches truly allow competition then I see McGuire having a really good chance of starting next year.
