All but the last 6 minutes reminded me of the game at Tenn St. They hitting 3 point shots and not much going right for us.  I have to watch a replay of that 4th qtr when I get back home. The Leatherneck faithful showed up today. Made a difference.

Officials letting the play get a bit physical in the first one.  Both teams played some pretty good basketball for the most part.

Just a dumb question from the guy who usually asks them.  If we win, do we have a "cut the nets down" celebration on Saturday before the men's game or is that something only done with a tournament win?  We need to have this happen more often so we all know what to expect.  
 
 

The Cougars are coming in on a 4-game winning streak and fighting to stay in contention for that 7 or 8 seed position in conference tournament.

Really nice energy in Western Hall today.  The food and drink for the tailgate was great.  The alumni pep band was rocking.  The ladies took care of business on the court.  Cant wait for next Saturday to get here.

Our defensive pressure and uptempo offensive play kept them from getting into any sort of rhythm. Things could be a lot different come tournament time because Ford Center will be a bit of a home court advantage for them fan numbers wise. Morehead State also travels pretty well to the tournament from ...

Arguably, the biggest game of the conference season thus far. Good chance we see them again in conference tournament. We need to set the tone early. Hopefully a raucous crowd will help to keep them in check throughout.

The Panthers no match the Necks tonight.  Total paint domination - no Macy McGlone around this year.
They would struggle against D2 teams.  EIU only dressing 7 players.  Not sure if plagued with injuries or defections.
