Really like the freshman QB - he's made a big difference in the play today (and yeah, I know we're still losing, but at least we're losing to a better team).

Re: 2025 Week 6: at Tennessee Tech
Davis mentions 15-16 freshman getting significant playing time (seems like a lot). Where is Zolnosky in all this QB rotating? Is he injured as well? :?:
I don't know for sure, but I thought he might be #3 in the depth chart. We saw him the week they pulled Irvin and Cason was out for ...

Re: 2025 Week 6: at Tennessee Tech
Don't know if this will be considered negative or not, but it's something I am interested in. How are we doing injury-wise? If nothing else, I think a lot of kids have gotten playing time - I keep forgetting how many freshmen we do have, and the fact they may be getting their "trial by fire" so to ...

Re: 2025 Week 5 - vs Eastern Illinois
Just so sad to go to these games. Walk up the literally crumbling steps. Sit on splintered benches. Watch the team barely compete (usually lose) in the weak OVC, all while trying to tell my kids how it used to be. The hills would be full of people, the pit FULL of tailgaters, peach blossoms ...

Re: 2025 Week 5 - vs Eastern Illinois
Pretty quiet in here - hope it's not an indication of how the team feels. We need this win badly.

This was one of the games from last year that our AGR alum group thought was a bad loss. EIU was not very good. That and the Lindenwood game really were winnable games that may have gotten WIU to 6 wins. Would seem to be one the 'Necks have to get ...

Re: 2025 Week 5 - vs Eastern Illinois
I hope their prediction is correct (although a win of more than 3 points would be good); however I have the horrible feeling that this is too optimistic and once again we will s### the bed.
Anyone know who is in/out due to injury?

Re: 2025 Week 4 at Eastern Washington
I haven't watched EIU this year, but according to last week's game they apparently have a proficient passer in their QB. How do you guys think we will stack up against them? I'm still concerned with defense and special teams - they really let us down at EWU.
