We found out that two WIU employees passed away yesterday.

Billy Clow was the Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Communication and a professor of theatre. He also served as Interim Provost for a few years. He was a huge supporter of the arts at WIU and in Macomb, with three kids (two in HS and ...

Dumb question but you know I have more than my fair share. I cant seem to find out much about the namesakes of those old residence halls. George Seal comes to mind for Seal Hall but I might be wrong. What about all the others like Bennett, Hursh, Tanner, Wetzel, Henninger, ...

This may not be a factor but still bothers me ... to get the Center for Performing Arts project going, WIU had to accept a smaller facility at higher cost covered by using some funding from other requested/proposed projects. I asked then and still ask ... how much was taken from what projects ...

I noticed a new interim Provost/V.P. was announced on November 2nd.
What happened with V.P. Zoghi? I have not found any news of a resignation or being asked to leave.
