Freshman yes, but don’t pay much attention to the weights on on roster. They are rarely updated.letsgonecks wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 7:37 pm Was wondering how long it was going to take YSU to realize the DT was 240lbs true freahman. Ran right at him, but not all on him as no one else was even close.
Spring 2021 - Week 7 vs Youngstown State
Who are the ESPN+ announcers?? Are they WIU Students. They are TERRIBLE!! Western ran a Wildcat and the PBP guy said Western ran a Wildcat...didn't identify the ball carrier!! The girl sounds like a 10 year old. Oh for the day of Larry Darry!!

I was going to say he looks bigger and probably not up to date, but still not ideal size for for a down lineman. Ok with him on the outside, but not in the middle.GV Dad wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 8:02 pmFreshman yes, but don’t pay much attention to the weights on on roster. I understand people have entered the portal and opted out, but not ideal.
This team can not stop the runner at point of contact. They constantly get 2 to 3 extra yards after contact. Not to mention the huge missed tackle that setup the untouch run up the middle.
Agreed, they are brutal! Can’t be the best we have in the Broadcasting program.

You are 100% correct. He stared the Semester as a 4th string DE. Been a crazy year man.

Tate is a stud. Need more like him.
Embrace the pace of the race.
OL play has improved each week. Still no where near where they need to be, but it’s promising for the Fall. We’ve started 3 Freshman this Spring, including a Freshman Center which is very difficult for a Freshman to grasp. But he’s been steady so far.

Might be the first time Connor has kept his composure in the pocket, went through his reads and threw a great ball.
