Looks like he was fired today, so one could assume he’ll be looking?  Maybe not such a long shot.

Tim Brewster just quit at Colorado, that’s my choice!

Why would you say that?  Bubb has to be familiar with him, he’s familiar with the OVC, makes too much sense?

I'm not a hard pass, but he didn't have a winning seasons in his 5years as HC.

I know Murray isn’t a great job but his record is 19-37 He also doesn’t have much experience with winning programs

Exactly...he was HC for 5 seasons. None of them had a winning record and he never finished above 4th place in the OVC and never got anywhere close to even sniffing the playoff bubble. If we're looking at guys with that general "resume", I'd want someone who was at least somewhat successful at the FCS level before moving up to the FBS level. Someone who has mostly winning seasons (beyond maybe the first year or two), has some playoff appearances, etc. If they don't find that level of success at the FBS level, that's ok, because they've at least proven that they do have some part of what it takes to do well at the FCS level. This guy doesn't have that.

I’m hearing in the next 2-3 weeks. It will be an expedited process. I’m sure initial interviews will begin this week, campus visits the following week and then an announcement.

Coach Kreczmer is doing a great job running our program as the interim HC.

The on Campus visit is always the scariest part for me. I would love to see Kreczmer stay on.

I’m curious why you’d love to see Kreczmer stay.  Maybe I’m missing something?

Kreczmer played at WIU with Coach Hendrickson, I heard they were roommates as well. Hendrickson was familiar with his playing style and coaching style.  Why would Kreczmer be guaranteed a place on the new staff?
