Just saw today that Keokuk has a 6'10" kid who is averaging over 30 ppg and 16 rebounds a game and he is unsigned. He scored 50pts in a game this season. Would be a nice get for WIU, besides the potential, getting a local kid is never a bad thing.He supposedly has offers from Illinois St and Indiana St, haven't seen anything about a WIU offer and doubt he would come here if those 2 schools are offering but something to keep an eye on. His name is Jaxon Clark.
He had a visit from Matt Painter over the offseason and Fran Mccaffery while he was the Iowa coach. I'm convinced he'll land somewhere bigger than us. Also, he moved to Florida to a prep academy and moved back.
