Sounds like what is needed:

Drinkall was hired as the Head Coach at Kansas Wesleyan in 2014 and tasked to rebuild all aspects of the program, including roster, facilities, and branding.

Everyone should go take a look at Coach Jeter's BIO. A Coach with his level of experience should be the goal here. And it is also not out the realm of possibility. Believe it or not, even with the school's issues, this is still a top 20 job in FCS.

In other words, not necessarily someone looking to "move up", possibly someone that already has had success at another school. Interesting. I'm anxious to see what other candidates apply. Hoping you and Leatherneck57 can keep us in the know. Thanks!
