Looks like we have a new face on the roster in 6’7 Jacksun Hamilton. Kinda intriguing past as it appears he declared for the NBA draft a couple seasons ago with very minimal stats..definitely looks like an athlete in the practice pics I’ve seen and from video, can shoot 3s..another body doesn’t hurt!
It’s a mix of seven returning players and eight newcomers among the scholarship players and the walk-ons, but Boudreau added two players — 6-9 forward Tay Knox and 6-7 forward Jacksun Hamilton — since the summer workouts ended.

As you might expect, Knox shoots 60+% in JUCO, he is getting a lot of flushes. JUCO highlights almost all flushes on offense or blocks on defense. BUT his HS highlights do show some touch from 12 to 15 feet. D1 defenses are way too good to give up a lot of flushes. He is very athletic for sure. Anxious to see what he brings to the table. Or maybe he is the ultimate red shirt candidate?
