I can't promise I'll get these done for every game from here on out, but I'll try.

About Lindenwood
Lindenwood is a private university located in St. Charles, MO (Saint Louis Metro Area), and has approximately 7,000 students. They competed in NAIA starting in 1970, moved to NCAA DII in 2012, and then to DI starting with the 2022/23 season. They are in their second year in the OVC and in Division I. Lindenwood is also the closest in proximity to us of our future conferencemates.
Lindenwood's Record and Stats
Lindenwood is currently 1-1 on the season, with a 77-9 win over DIII Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a 45-7 loss to fellow OVC member Southeast Missouri State.
Last season, they went 7-3 overall, 2-3 in the OVC, although against DI teams, they were 4-3.
This year, their primary QB is Redshirt Junior Cole Dugger, who is averaging 192.5 ypg with 4 TDs and 3 INTs and a completion % of 49.06 and a 123.66 QB rating.
Top receiving targets are TE Chase Lanckriet (5 catches for 101 yards and 1 TD), WR Spencer Redd (2 catches for 74 yards and 1 TD), TE Abe Haerr (3 catches for 67 yards), and WR Jeff Caldwell (7 catches for 56 yards and 1 TD).
On the ground, primary runners are RB Robert Giaimo (61 ypg, 6.1 ypc, 1 TD), RB Von Gordon (50 ypg, 7.7 ypc, 2 TDs), and RB justin Williams (99 ypg, 7.6 ypc, 1 TD).
On defense, their top tacklers are LB Brenden Dye (13 tackles, .5 sacks), Ethan Stuhlsatz (10 tackles), DB Wesley Hines (9 tackles, .5 for loss), DB Mann McGruder (9 tackles), and DL Kobe McClendon (8 tackles, 2 for loss).
Chance of Victory
In this case, the odds are actually in our favor. Massey Ratings says we have a 56% chance of victory, with the predicted score of 34-31. It's still pretty early in the season, so take those predictions with a big grain of salt. This is probably our best chance at a win this season...something that will likely be pretty hard to come by the rest of the year.

Would be good to win this one for a couple of reasons. We need a morale boost, get off the schneid, etc. Also, win would help our establishing and/or maintaining a recruiting footprint in the St. Louis area (got 6 or 7 from that area currently).

We don't have the money to be buying out any contracts. Whether it's time for one or not, it won't happen until Coach Hendrickson's contract is up. Idk the terms of the contract, but usually they start with 3 years.4EverPurple&Gold wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 2:40 pmIf we lose, I think its time for a coaching change... there I said itdogwhisper wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 11:16 am Has to be a win otherwise I sense their will be changes

They can and almost always do find cause to terminate a contractST_Lawson wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 3:12 pmWe don't have the money to be buying out any contracts. Billy and Jared were perfect examples of us not having money to buy out coachesST_Lawson wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 3:12 pmWe don't have the money to be buying out any contracts.
