Words on a T-shirt and a hashtag are the easy part.

Not me. And this is not me either but wouldn't a "Onsies Day/Night" be a great promotion for some game this year?leatherface wrote:sealhall74- Is that you?
Gotta love Joe for keeping things light in the heat of the night.

Don't know why I am in a rhyming mood today,
But kickoff is coming and I have something to say.
It is a new school year and the dawn of a new season
And I challenge anyone on the campus to find a reason
To not have fingers crossed and hoping for the best
From our Leathernecks as they face test after test.
They have put in the long hours in that summer heat
To be at the ready when foes on the field are to meet.
Now it's time for Leatherneck Nation to do its part.
Taking a moment to reflect on our legacy is a start.
Colonel Rock Hanson laid the cornerstone many years back.
Whether win, lose, draw, the successes were never in lack.
His foundation remains solid for waving Purple and Gold
And his legacy will always endure to embrace and uphold.
But pardon my idiom, it is time to turn over a new leaf
By tackling today's challenges with commitment and belief
And allowing our Leathernecks to compete day in and out
While giving those in the stands plenty of cause to shout.
Yes Leatherneck Nation, we have a job this year:
Support our teams, show up on time, and come to cheer.

Here is a good (at least for the coeds on campus) promo giveaway item for some game this year. Call it "Let's boot <TEAM>" night.

Give away five pairs of these. I would gladly chip in and support that effort.
However, no doubt we would want to be gender-neutral in affairs like this, so we would need to come up with something for the less-fair sex. I am sure we can come up with something:

I just tried this place out - ordered some warm-weather camo gear for next weeks game in Conway. I do hope it gets here on time.
