Re: Get up....It's GAMEDAY!!!!
Before we get too excited about our prospects against NDSU, based on one game, let's recall that they lost their first game last year, to University of Montana. That said, let's also look at two things: first, this is the first year when the new coach at NDSU plays with his own recruits, rather than ...

Re: Bulletin Board Material No Respect!
I think we will be better than last year. Our offense was unimaginative and underperformed. Our special teams were a big problem. When we rectify those two problems, we will win more games. So, since Coach Fisher is a great offensive mind and since we are changing our approach to special teams ...

Re: Broadcaster Danny Frey
Really glad to hear that Danny Frey and Sean Ingrassia are recognized for the talents. It always amazes me how great our students are. As a faculty member in Sport Management, I can truly say they leave me in the dust!

Re: Broadcaster Danny Frey
Great to hear Danny get get recognition. I sit next to him when I work the 30 second clock at women's games and am impressed not only by his knowledge and voice but his ability to be a one-man show. Congrats to Danny.

Re: Ronald Reagan played game at Western
I have not been able to find emphatic confirmation that Reagan played against Western in Macomb in 1930, but I did find reference to him traveling to Peoria to play against Bradley on October 3, 1930. So, her was certainly both on the team and on the traveling squad...sooo....logically he travelled ...

Re: WBI Championship Game
I would certainly rather see our women's teams (and our men's) playing games they can win. Making the NCAA tournament would be great, but losing to UConn in the first round...not so great. In truth I was surprised at my enjoyment of the WBI game, but now I can see the value in such tournament ...
