Mostly it's just that they're trying to limit in-dome media access to approved media partners. NDSU kinda screwed up in how they announced it though, dropping it at the start of the weekend, phrasing it oddly, and then saying nothing for days. They're adding new video boards in the end zones and smaller corner boards in the Fargodome.
