If you get a chance, spend 10 minutes listening to the current Tanney Talks! Football locker-room getting a remake with new lockers etc. The visitor's locker room is also getting some improvements. Photo's will be available when construction begins after break with finish date prior to Spring Practice! As I have said before, Tanney gets facilities and he will continue to change the facility face of WIU! He also shared info regarding the Leatherneck Club Chicagoland Golf Outing to be held at Arlington Lakes Golf Course on July 21st. People I have contacted regarding Leatherneck Club membership and support have been very supportive and feel that Coach Charlie Fisher and his staff have really had a positive effect on "Leatherneck Nation!" jc

The new Purple seats at Western Hall are a great improvement. Now we need to think of some ideas for improving the appearance of the east wall (the roll-up doors).
The video board for that east wall has not been functioning since it was moved in from Hanson Field.
We also need a location for the signage "Western Hall. Home of the Fighting Leathernecks". That signage had been at the top of the south main floor seating. But there is no place for it there now with the new seating.

712, do we have draperies for both balconies now? While I would love the balconies to be filled every game, playing inside a perceived "crackerbox" gym with lots of screaming bodies close to the playing floor is a definite home court advantage IMO.

The south balcony does not need a curtain as the seats fold to the front when they are closed. The seats in the north balcony fold to the rear.
