Kind of disappointed the PA announcer didn't say anything when Taylor got her 1000 point.
The P.A. announcer did acknowledge Taylor Higginbotham's 1000th point during the halftime. Western beat SEMO 87-59.
Taylor Higginbotham led the Western scoring with 25 points. Emily Clemens had 17. Michelle Farrow had 15.
Western was 23 for 31 on free throw attempts. Western had 16 steals.
Attendance at Western Hall = 469.
I noticed tonight that the ticket-taker had a "clicker" that he used to keep track of the number of students entering on their student ID card. Also noticed that there does not appear to be anyone taking tickets on the south side of the floor (scorer's table side). So those fans sitting on the south side may not be included in that count of 469.
