In the NCAA tournament, NDSU beat NC Central 78-74: https://www.ncaa.com/game/basketball-me ... -dakota-st
They'll get the honor of taking on #1 Duke in the first round Friday evening.
Also locally: #15 Bradley takes on #2 Michigan State Thursday afternoon.
In the Men's NIT, SDSU lost at Texas, 79-73. Also, last year's tournament "Cinderella", Loyola-Chicago, lost in the first round of the NIT to Creighton, 70-61.
In the Women's NCAA tournament this year, #8 South Dakota plays #9 Clemson Friday evening, and #6 South Dakota State takes on #11 Quinnipiac Saturday late morning.
Also, a team we're pretty familiar with this year, #7 Missouri takes on #10 Drake on Friday afternoon.
In the Women's NIT, Denver will battle New Mexico Thursday night, and former Summit League team IUPUI takes on Middle Tennessee State Thursday evening.

Sparty and/or Bradley just about messed up my bracket. But that is why I always go with at least 2 contest brackets (one Michigan team in each final four).
Embrace the pace of the race.
Bradley fought well, but lost to Michigan State 76-65: https://www.ncaa.com/march-madness-live/game/208
Other interesting notes:
#12 OVC member (and rumored future MVC member) Murray State put in their bid to be this year's "Cinderella team" beating #5 Marquette, 83-64. They'll have a tougher game later this weekend against #4 Florida State.
One of the smallest of all D1 schools, Wofford (~1,700 total students), took down Seton Hall and will face off against basketball powerhouse Kentucky next.

You dont see many teams in the Summit play "Deny the Pass" defense like Duke is playing against the Bison.
Embrace the pace of the race.
Duke up 31-27 at halftime...Bison are hanging in there.
