So, say some smart football HC hires a bunch of computer experts to build him a neural network to help predict what play is best to run (or defend) against an opponent in a given situation, and all some coach has to do is verbally pass along the predictions as they pop up on his computer screen, would that be violation of NCAA rules for having too many supervisory jocks in the locker room?
