Where are they is a good question.
Was their positioning as a picture frame on the East and West ill conccieved?

No, not really. They were put up like that because it would make it easier to take them down when headed back out to Hanson. Tommy Bell's bandaide scoreboard worked for awhile, but you know like I know that constantly putting up and taking down xmas lights may create disfunction as the years go on. I think they are having some type of configuration problem, attaching old stuff to new stuff. I don't think that the company that was hired to do the new scoreboard was also the company that rotated the boards inside and out each year, and that too may be a factor.
