Also, our week 2 foe, Indiana is 6-0 and #16 in the FBS hosting Nebraska
and Northern Illinois is 4-2 and hosts Toledo

Tennessee State beat Howard, 27-14
Southeast Missouri State beat Charleston Southern, 26-13

With our friends over at the MVFC:
Illinois State beat Murray State, 40-32
North Dakota beat Northern Iowa, 31-7
Missouri State beat Indiana State, 46-21
South Dakota beat Youngstown State, 27-17
And in the "big game", North Dakota State won a defensive slog against South Dakota State, 13-9

Our non-conference opponents this year include:
#16 Indiana crushing Nebraska, 56-7
Northern Illinois lost to Toledo, 13-6
McKendree lost to ranked DII U of Indianapolis, 42-43
