Juco not counting towards eligibility

I wasn’t sure were to put this but a rule just past that if a kid goes to junior college it doesn’t count against his eligibility. Basically a kid could go to a juco for 2 years then still have 4 years of eligibility left

NCAA can and probably will appeal. It is a messy ruling. Could Nathan Lamb be back next year?
Maybe a kid should have unllimited years of eligibility? If a college is dumb enough to pay schoarship and NIL dollars to him for 10 years and people are dumb enough to buy tickets to watch said performer play ball, why not go with it?
