For those that are curious about our old friends in the Summit League...
On the men's side, Omaha won the conference at 13-3, with St. Thomas (12-4), South Dakota State (11-5), and North Dakota State (10-6) rounding out the top 4.
They took all 9 teams to the tournament, with #8 Kansas City playing #9 Oral Roberts in the first round. KC won that one 73-56.
In the second round, #8 KC will play #1 Omaha today at 6 PM, #7 Denver vs #2 St. Thomas after the first game. Tomorrow will be #5 South Dakota vs #4 NDSU followed by #6 North Dakota vs #3 SDSU.

On the women's side, South Dakota State ran away with things, going 16-0 in the Summit and 26-3 overall with wins over then #21 Creighton and #21 Oregon. Losses only to #16 Duke, Georgia Tech, and #6 Texas, to earn them a #25 ranking. Behind them were #2 Oral Roberts (12-4), #3 North Dakota State (11-5), and #4 St. Thomas (9-7).
In their bracket, #8 Omaha beat #9 Denver yesterday, 76-68. Today's games are/were #2 Oral Roberts over #7 South Dakota, 70-50, and #8 Omaha vs #1 SDSU (SDSU currently up by 9 late in the 2nd quarter). Tomorrow is #5 North Dakota vs #4 St. Thomas at noon, then #6 KC vs #3 NDSU after that.
