I still see Wilson and Peter still on the roster from last year according to “verbal commits”, neither played for whatever reasons, so who knows if they are really coming back…It sounded like they really liked Wilson.  Not sure why he didn’t play??

ok, thank you

Western Illinois transfer Amar Augillard has committed to Milwaukee.

Kinda surprised at this, Ryan Myers committed to Western Kentucky. Good for him though, hopefully he can put up some good numbers for them.

I read it more as, it was not that big of a jump…I wonder if any of the players had choices to stay or not?

Interesting points from the article:
  • three years ago, $400k would get you the top transfer in the country, now it gets you "a mid-major guy who averaged fewer than 10 points on a non-NCAA Tournament team".
  • "If you're a high-major program and don't have at least $3 million (some would argue $4 million, at bare minimum) in NIL reserves in 2025, you're in trouble. There are easily more than a dozen mid-major schools with north of $2 million in their piggybanks promised to their 2025-26 rosters, per multiple sources at that level."
