High school coaches that also teach get paid more than what wiu is offering.

She was previously an assistant coach at Towson University (DI, CAA) for four years, which has had a pretty good volleyball team.

Doesn't really seem like an upgrade from Starr, but hope I'm wrong and she works out. Still seems like there was something else besides the record that led to Starr's dismissal.

I guess it's better than when they hired a  D3 assistant to be head coach

Looks like she has no previous head coaching experience just as an asst.  I think she may struggle hope she proves me wrong.  Bubb hiring another asst we will see.
