They play Drake and Oakland today, which I assume will be 2 losses.

Western lost both games on Saturday:

Drake won 11-7.   Oakland won 10-2.

Western will play 2 games on Sunday:  DePaul and Detroit Mercy.

In the 2 games against Oakland gets outscored 22-2 and been outscored 33-9 in their 3 games.

they did pick up their first win of the season, beating Detroit Mercy 9-8. They did lose their first game yesterday against Drake. They are now 1-4 on the season.

The softball team won both of their games yesterday at the Bellarmine tournament, they have now won 3 in a row and are now 5-7 on the year. They are putting up some decent offensive numbers, so if they can get good pitching this year, they might have a chance this season. They play Bellarmine and Northern Kentucky again today, Those are the 2 teams they played yesterday.

Well I shouldn't have said anything about the offense, they were shut out in their first game today against Bellarmine, losing 6-0.
