New Assistant coach
A month or so ago, WIU lost an assistant coach as Chuck Ruffing left to take an assistant's job at Iowa State. I've seen nothing officially as to who his replacement will be but in the staff directory, it lists Lorenzo Watkins as an assistant coach, I'm assuming this is the same Lorenzo Watkins that was the head coach at Southeastern CC (IA), who resigned from that position in June. If true seems like a big addition to the basketball program.

I wonder what the over/under date is for posting a roster for the upcoming season? Chad is slower than Coach Mo and that is slow. BTW, Coach Mo has moved on to Old Dominion from BC.

No doubt!!
