All games on Saturday, October 17th and on ESPN+ unless otherwise stated. I'll also include predicted margin by Massey Ratings to give you an idea of how close the games are expected to be. I've added rankings in each team's respective subdivision (RV = received votes but are outside the top 25).

2026 Around the (mostly) FCS - Week 7
Just like in the FBS, there were a decent number of upsets last weekend among the top FCS teams. #1 South Dakota State was taken down by North Dakota, #5 Lehigh lost, #8 Montana is now on a 2-game losing streak after falling to Idaho (whos only wins this season are over Montana and then #1 Montana State), and #10 Lamar also lost. Also, #17, 21, 22, 24, and 25 all lost to unranked teams.
For the OVC:
Clemson beat Charleston Southern, 37-0
Lindenwood beat Eastern Illinois, 20-13
UT Martin beat Gardner-Webb, 17-6
Tennessee State beat Morgan State, 25-16
Gardner-Webb is surprisingly only 2-6 after only barely losing to two FBS teams (24-23 to Liberty, and 36-35 to Marshall).

MVC seems a little topsy turvy this year, no idea who the best team is.ST_Lawson wrote: Mon Oct 19, 2026 11:39 am Just like in the FBS, there were a decent number of upsets last weekend among the top FCS teams. #1 South Dakota State was taken down by North Dakota, #5 Lehigh lost, #8 Montana is now on a 2-game losing streak after falling to Idaho (whos only wins this season are over Montana and then #1 Montana State), and #10 Lamar also lost.
