Guys I can't begin to tell you how BIG of a hire this is! After attending his forum and listening to his plan our program is in great hands! This guy will do so much more for our university, football program and community than Bob would have ever thought about doing.
I told you great things were coming and to be patient. We should all be proud of our AD Matt Tanney and his negotiation skills to secure Coach Fisher. He is going to be a good AD and he has a lot of support and he should have yours! Say what you want but he truly did it the right way...his way because he listened to the search committee, the evaluations from those who attended the forums and his heart! Great Job Matt Tanney!!
So with that being said...you have to ask yourself are you really disappointed that the Yelk hire didn't go down??? Thanks to whoever put the halt to that because we have a real time college coach!!!
It's a proud day to be a Leatherneck!!!

Many thanks to everyone involved in making this happen - I honestly feel like we've "traded up".
