I guess I blew my cover! Dang it! Oh well now you know my passion for Western Illinois football!! BTW...I played Cornerback my freshman and sophomore year and wore #40. Played special teams as a freshman, started at corner as a soph then I moved to Middle Linebacker for my Junior and Senior seasons and changed to #57. Led the team in tackles both years and had 247 tackles in two seasons at linebacker, 4 interceptions, 4 forced fumble and 4 fumble recoveries. I was voted Most Improved in 78' and won the Red Miller award in 79'

A little update from today...Coach Fisher called me today and he and Coach Malone are in Chicago making house visits with recruits and he said all is going well. I will be in Macomb next Wednesday and Thursday and he and I will be having dinner with a couple new staff members. Coach Malone will be in Florida recruiting next week.

Coach Fisher is headed to Texas this weekend to a coaches conference and he has some interviews set up for defensive coaches. He has a nice list of candidates...I'll keep you posted
