7 in a row....not sure what else there is to say. All the losses have been by less than 10 points, so really all the game were winnable....just couldn't get it done.

Two more games this week, with the first one tonight:

Wednesday, January 20th at South Dakota, 7 PM
USD isn't winless in the conference, but they are in a similar boat as us. They are 9-10 overall, but 1-4 in the conference...just ahead of us in conference standings. Since the last team in the conference doesn't get to go to the tournament, winning a few games over the other teams at the bottom is critical. Like us, USD had an early season upset of a Big 10 team (they beat Minnesota in 2 OT), but it's been mostly downhill from there. Saturday, January 23rd vs North Dakota State, 2 PM
NDSU is sitting in the middle of the conference currently, at 13-6 overall, and 3-2 in the conference. Full Schedule here: http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketb ... /_/id/2449
This game will also be available on ESPN3.

I missed the first half. Apparently, I should have missed this one too. When we get into a funk, we really do it well.

What a waste of talent. Either they don't care, no one has any confidence or its coaching. Maybe a mix, but they show every game they can compete and absolutely fall apart. We end up looking like one of the Christian schools vs us.

I hope they can fight back in this game and this season, but its looking like its all over.

No leadership. They are bad.

How in the WORLD did this team beat Wisconsin?

It's a damn shame that the highlight of the year was the first game of the year.

We are what we are and that is all we ever will be this year. Not near enough versatility when opponents throw different defensive looks at us.

We are not well coached.

There is plenty of talent on this team to be an above .500 ball club. This team getting last should be one of the low points in WIU basketball history.

All of those over what? 20 - 30 grand?

This is why WIU will never be anything more than an afterthought in college hoops.
