I check in to hotel last nite. Nice looking college-age female behind counter asks "What brings you to town?". I tell her the college football game. She says "What game is that?". I tell her the WIU/ISU game. She replies "Oh, I heard of that. Isn't that a playoff game or something."

According to The Weather Channel, it was 32 at 9AM in Normal.

Just like Macomb, B-N had some areas of fog this morning. It will be mostly sunny in the afternoon. High will be 48. Winds: SSE at 10-15 mph.

Does anyone know how uniform colors are determined for playoff games? Does home team have first option of color?

I would expect that the home team picks its colors first.

We can expect that Illinois State will go with their usual red uni's. They wore all red (tops and bottoms) for the first game.

Western wore its all white uniforms for that game.

I don't know if there would be enough of a color contrast to allow Western to wear its all Purple uniforms instead of the white ????

Just got to Normal, grabbing lunch then off to the stadium.

It was a pretty foggy drive for some of the way across, but it's mostly burned off now. Should be a beautiful day for football.
