I saw that EIU's leading tackler is sitting out the rest of the season and going to redshirt. I'm assuming he will be transferring, either to like a MAC type school or possibly a P5(4) school.

I know Illinois St has been hit with injuries but I was kinda surprised at that score, thought it would be competitive.

I saw in the replies on twitter to WIU tweeting their win, there were a handful of Hooiser fans who were congratulating WIU on their win.

EIU was up 17-0 at halftime, but like our game against them last year, they put up big numbers in the second half to come back and win.

ILSU was also competitive in the first half, down only 14-7 at the half, but NDSU put up 21 points in the 3rd quarter to pull away. I watched the first half of that game and was really surprised to see the score at the end. Thought it would have been a lot closer.
