Good win. I will see the next one in Williamsburg. How long has it been since the FB team and BB team won on the same day?
Embrace the pace of the race.
This team has guts but no toughness. Another poor shooting night from the field and at the line. How many layups did these guys missed, and once again no one boxing out in the lane.
They got lucky SE LA also had a bad night shooting. These guys need to get tough and drive the lane and get calls for them. Also utilize the pick and roll game for this motion offense. The big guys need to also find a way to create havoc in the lane.
No way they can win with 4 guards on the floor and a small forward.

Some coaches (Calipari, Jay Wright) have done very well with a guard-oriented "Dribble-Drive Motion Offense". We saw it lead to our game-winning shot last night when Jabari penetrated and kicked. Thing I like about Billy so far is that he does not appear to be locked into some sort of "identity" mode like Mo was. He does the best he can with the talent he has and that is all we can ask for as fans.JoeWx21 wrote: No way they can win with 4 guards on the floor and a small forward.

Some quick Sunday morning research reveals the date was November 29, 1997. Football beat Jackson State in the playoffs, 31-24, and basketball defeated Holy Cross, 90-83.How long has it been since the FB team and BB team won on the same day?
