Week 1 polls are out. For the most part, we don't show up yet in the top 25 (not surprising...it's early and pretty hard to tell if the EIU game was a trend or a fluke yet). For teams in the "Others Receiving Votes" area, I've put down where they rank if they used those numbers to extend the poll as far out as they have teams w/ votes. Hoping for better, but not too surprised we are where we are. The win against EIU was not very convincing if you look at the boxscore stats. Mostly them shooting themselves in the foot. Play UofI tough (within 10) and we might move up a little more next week.
