We do not match up well against the Sioux. Big and physical. Same story last year.

Aren't they the Hawks now, I don't think they are the Sioux

Losing Ashley really hurts, no inside game & no rebounding.

I guess I got fooled. The game was in the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center and all of the fans wearing sweatshirts that said "Sioux" somewhere on 'em. My bad. LOL

Technically it's "Fighting Hawks"....or as Bison fans like to say, the F'ing Hawks.

I don't think the switch was probably too popular, I think most wanted to stay as the Sioux

I don't think this game was well played by WIU. We have been rebounding well. In this game, it didn't seem like 100% make the trip.

We can definitely do it without Ashley. And I think there will be benefit to her not being here. This season will really allow Taylor Higgenbothem to develop and be even more of a presence than Ashley, something I don't think would have happened as well with Ashley here.

I still think there is a lot to be said for 3 passes before a shot and make sure you have some of your team mates under the hoop when you shoot. Just saying..... ;) jc
