Favorite Baseball Team?
Just something fun and because I'm curious. Nearly everyone here is a Leathernecks fan, but there's other sports out there. In the MLB, who do you like?

Growing up I was spoiled as the Royals were in the playoffs 7/10 years. Then a 30 year drought in which my 20 something sons laughed when i talked about the good ole days. The last two years have been heaven.

Well fitting I go after the Royals fan.....Mets here.
Get asked a lot being a Midwest guy, so here goes. My dad was a Packers fan as a young kid, so hated the Bears. At the same time Mets and Cubs were in the same division and had a few battles down the stretch. Hate the Bears, so why not hate the Cubs and cheer for the Mets.
So basically I was screwed either way. Cubs or Mets have brought years of heartache. Both should be good next year, but on paper the Cubs look better.
