Isn't this going to block the view of the inebriates in the north end zone who like to lean up against the railing and heckle the opposition when they are near goal line?

I think last time they had them, they put them right behind the fences....so, if anything, the inebriates will block the view of people sitting in the first row or two of the bleachers.

Any inebriates I've known would not let a little thing like that stop them.
