I guess when your wife 100’s of miles away gets pregnant, you have to make a tough decision to be near.
Yeah, I don't blame him one bit.
My daughter was born during October (years ago). At the time I was working a retail job where I worked weekends and 9 AM to 9 PM every day from Thanksgiving to Christmas. The only time I saw her that December was when my wife brought her to the store. The next March I left for a job at the university where I have weekends off and plenty of time off around the holidays, so I could spend a lot more time with my family.
Family comes first, and if this is what he needs to do to be a good husband and father...I wish him the best.

I don’t think anyone is blaming him, it’s a life choice, and yes family should come first.
And this is also not the announcement coming soon that I speaking of. Hopefully that can be announced by Monday.
GV, was Tristan being added to assist with the OLB's what you were talking about? Good for him and when this unit balls out this year, it will look great on his resume!!!!

Yes, this is it.
Still not official until Aug 1, but so many people already knew that it wasn't much of a secret anymore LOL. Beyond excited for him, no one loves the Purple and Gold more than this kid!
