What do you think they are looking for? My guess would be speedburners with special teams potential.wiu712 wrote: Fri Aug 18, 2023 6:31 pm Have something left in the tank? Come prove it on Thursday (Aug 24) at 4:30 p.m. at Hanson Field for an open tryout.

We currently have 97 kids on the roster but can have 105 this year. Shawn Lee and Wentric Williams III medically retired from football. I would imagine they are looking for good kids at any position that will be good practice players, teammates and potentially earn playing time down the road.sealhall74 wrote: Sat Aug 19, 2023 8:19 amWhat do you think they are looking for? I think we are a little shallow numbers wise in the RB area although TEs can be more like FBs in some formations.

Not embarrassing and quite common actually.

Never seen at a school this size two weeks before the first game
Walkons can't be with the team before classes start. This really is a non issue man. They aren't looking for players that are going to contribute. At best, practice players.dogwhisper wrote: Sat Aug 19, 2023 8:40 pmNever seen at a school this size two weeks before the first game
