Denham is a transfer from Portland St, where he had 35 catches last season, so seems like a pretty good pickup.

Most likely a replacement for Aragon.  Looks to be a similar type player although PSU playing in Big Boy Big Sky whereas Aragon was a JUCO guy.  Still curious to see if they add a top flight RB to replace the Smith portal departure.  Still don't have a great feel for what impact guys on D we've added.  I wouldn't be surprised to see some more DB and DL added via portal.

Would be nice to get an RB with legit experience.  Still have Tyler Jordan, who would have been the backup last year.  He got hurt on the second drive against NIU on his first carry.  Was at Georgia Southern, but only 7 carries in 2 years of playing.  Last significant production was in 2019 at Georgia Military College.

Temple had good numbers at DuPage over 2 years, so at least lots of action, but the lower division and on the best team.  That said, could step up.

Avery Knight got some touches last year, so maybe he's got a chance.  Looked last year like he needed to bulk up a bit, but maybe he has/will.

We move the ball through the air like last year and the line blocks, any of these guys could likely get it done.

Looks like we got some running backs so hopefully they will be good replacements.

Quite a few new transfers announced via social media... Looks like Sports Illustrated ranked WIU as 20th best portal class. https://www.si.com/college/fcs/big-sky/ ... s-rankings

Pretty impressive year recruiting (ranking wise) by new staff.  #1 in the conference for HS recruits via 247sports.com and now a top 20 recruiting class.
