Player Replica Jersey

Wondering if anyone on here knew where we could order player replica jersey - I ordered from the Kollegetown via the order form and was VERY displeased - the cost was high for the quality and it was by no means a player replica jersey. I was looking for one that would be like the one my son wears. Thanks in advance!

Just took a look at the union book store, they have nike jerseys for 60, but I don't think you can order it with any other number besides 1. Not sure though! ;) jc

I know it is a ways away, but usually they wear specialty jerseys on I believe the last game of the season and they sell them off which means that parents or fans can purchase the jerseys. I am not totally familiar with this, but would think it would be auction style maybe? I missed out on the ones two years ago which were purple and digital camo which looked awesome!

If the bookstore is unable to do custom numbers I would just call Kollegetown and tell them what you want. I always heard good things about them, but they do so much customization I would just let them know exactly what you are looking for.

Has your son asked the equipment manager about ordering an extra? Or maybe have him ask his position coach? Sometimes they can order an additional jersey that you can reimburse the athletic department for.

Thanks all for the input. I did order the Kollege Town replica - it was not what I was expecting and they totally do not take returns but after I called they were very good and took all 3 of them back. The papers showed them as a replica as the boys - but they were more of an oversized TShirt in mesh......I do know the bookstore does them but only w/#1 on it - however I will ask my son to ask the equipment manager about ordering one. Good Idea :-) This is his senior year don't want to wait for the special ones, looking for an actual replica.

I will let you all know if I find anything out if anyone is interested! Thanks again and GO NECKS!!!!!!!!

Playermom, I had the exact same experience. Called Kollege town and was very displeased. Had the exact same thought you did, they would be an exact replica. they are a cheap practice jersey only. We have the actual uniform our son wore in a game but it is way too tight for me (probably shrunk in the wash:) The guy at Kollege Town was very nice and did agree to have us return them.

MIssou Rah - yes he was at first not happy that I was complaining but I did explain to him that the form we used to order showed "replica" jersey not a cheap "fan Jersey" which is what he called them. I would not have complained if we paid $20 but not $47 LOL - after a conversation and myself letting him know I would be telling WIU that I did not believe the jersey advertised was what we got, he then said yes we had a couple other WIU people call in and he agreed to take them back. Thanks for the input, glad I was not the only one surprised at what I got :-)

Not sure if you have already found this, but was surfing the MVFC website and they have some awesome stuff for sale for WIU including replica jerseys which you can personalize and only run around $54! They also sell them in both Mens and Womens!

Your welcome, I went ahead and bought one when I saw them. Definitely one of the better replicas I have seen and probably the first personalized ones I have seen.
