(Was really hoping for that next possible playoff game in VA). I also think it would be nice for Western to play an FBS team ...

Yeah, and the playoff run this year will definitely make for a stronger case for the FBS talent.

Well, we made it out of that game. Looks like the team needs to collect themselves, and refocus over the week and get ready for ISU, because I know they won't throw 3 INT. Need to bring the A game, and hopfully (like most others already posted) a healthy Norvell back on the field.

That high blocked kicks ranking (4th in FCS) for Dayton kinda gives me pause. It's no secret we haven't been great at blocking the defenders on kicks (119th in FCS), with another one nearly costing us the game last weekend. I agree with NeckFan. This is not the time to be worried about the future QB. I watch every game, even better now that they are on ESPN3, and looking at the stats of the last 2 teams we beat in overtime , our opponents did not play that great. And now we are already speculating on the starting QB ...
